What You’ll Do
🔹 Provide individual and couples therapy (in-office or online).
🔹 Build and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with clients.
🔹 Conduct intake assessments and consultation calls.
🔹 Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
🔹 Contribute to a positive, engaged team culture and participate in case consultation.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a fully licensed, independent practitioner.
✔ Proven ability to retain clients and maintain a full caseload.
✔ Strong professional standards, intrinsic motivation, and a commitment to long-term team collaboration (not just building a caseload to take elsewhere).
✔ Expertise in both individual and couples therapy is ideal.
Additional assets:
➕ Specialized training in trauma, EMDR, sex therapy, burnout, or IFS, Marriage and Family Therapy, Performance Psychology/Working with High Performers and Professionals.
➕ Interest in mentoring or supervising early-career clinicians.
